Reservation & Cancellation Policies

  • Reservations are only made through online booking and require a $75 deposit at time of booking. No reservations will be honored without a paid deposit through the website.  The balance due on the reserved pool party must be paid at least 10 days prior to the reserved date or the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.  If the reservation is made less than 10 days before the event date, the entire amount must be paid at the time the reservation is made. Cancellation of reservation made in the 10 day window are nonrefundable except as outlined under the Inclement Weather policy.
  • The website schedule is the final authority of reservation availability.
  • Cancellation within 5 days of booking will receive a full refund
  • Cancellation after 5 days from booking will incur a $75 cancellation fee
  • Use of diving boards, slides, and party room must be shown on the reservation application and once you submit the reservation, you may not change your mind on the use of slides, diving boards, or the party room. Whatever you choose on the application is the final decision. 
  • Buying extra time must be shown on the reservation application and once you submit the reservation, you may not change your mind on buying any extra time. 
  • If more people come to the party than what you initially paid for, it will be $5 a person past the threshold of people you paid for.
