Inclement Weather Policies

Cancellation of the total event due to inclement weather will result in a full refund. Inclement weather is defined as a 50% or more chance of rain or storms from 6-9 p.m. on The Weather Channel for the determination of cancellation refund.

Cancellation refund due to inclement weather of a partial event will be calculated as the percentage of time remaining on the contract at the time of cancellation multiplied by the contract price.  For example: if the contract was for $400 for a 3 hour pool party (180 minutes) and the event was cancelled due to inclement weather after 75 minutes, the customer refund would be calculated as follows  $400 divided by 180 = $$2.22 per minute;  180 – 75 = 105 minutes remaining, 105 minutes multiplied by $2.22 = $ 233.10 refund

Prices:

• 0-50 people: $250 
• 50-100 people: $350
• 100-150 people: $400
• 150-200 people: $500
• Additional time will be $75 per 30 minutes. No more than 90 extra minutes can be bought. You must buy extra time at your time of booking. Once you have submitted the reservation application you may not add any extra time. 
• If you decide you will not be using the slides at your time of booking we will deduct $50 from your price 
• If you decide you will not be using the diving boards at your time of booking we will deduct $50 from your price 
• If you decide to use the new party room at your time of booking it will be an additional cost of $50
