Waterpark Rules & Regulations for Parties

1. Bathing suits must be worn in the pool; no cutoffs, clothes, or hats.
2. No food or drink is allowed in pool or bathrooms.
3. Smoking, vaping, and any other tobacco products are prohibited within 50ft of pool property.
4. No rough play, running, or dunking.
5. No socializing with lifeguards.
6. No abusive or profane language or gestures.
7. No glass items permitted anywhere on property.
8. Only Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices allowed.
9. Any person with any skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, nasal or ear discharge, or open wounds will not be permitted in pool.
10. No general swimming in diving area.
11. No hanging underneath the diving boards.
12. Only one person on each diving board at a time(including ladders).
13. Dive straight ahead only-no diving to either side.
14. Only one bounce on diving board allowed.
15. No inward dives allowed.
16. Swim directly to nearest ladder after diving.
17. Make sure diving area is clear before diving.
18. No hanging on walls or sitting on pool edge.
19. Goggles and sunglasses will not be permitted when diving.
20. No speakers.  
21. No footballs in pool area.
22. No yelling at lifeguards.
23. No backflips in any area of the pool.
24. No diving on shallow end of rope.
25. No public display of affection.
26. No sitting or hanging on gutter in diving area.
27. No alcohol allowed on property.
28. No violence of any kind will be permitted.

Prices: 

$250 for up to 50 people 

$350 for 51-100 people 

$400 for 101-150 people 

$500 for 151-200 people 

 If you have more people come than what you initially paid for, each extra person will have to pay $5 to get into the pool.

Reservation & Cancellation Polices

No reservations will be honored without a paid booking through the website. Cancellation of reservation are nonrefundable except as outlined under the Inclement Weather policy. The website schedule is the final authority of reservation availability. If more people come to the party than what you initially paid for, it will be $5 a person past the threshold of people you paid for.

Inclement Weather Policies 

No refunds will be given unless the inclement weather policy applies. In the event of inclement weather, the Pool Manager will decide whether to cancel the waterpark party by noon on the day of the party. The pool manager will contact the customer, if the party is canceled, a full refund will be issued. If the customer would like to attempt to have the party, no refund will be given even if the party is canceled during the event.
