The Town of Marion has a Council/Manager form of government. There are seven Council members and a mayor, all elected at large from open Town elections. Council members are elected for four year, staggered terms.

Town council meetings first and third Mondays at 5:30 pm Town Council Chambers.  If it's a holiday, move it to the next day (Tuesday)

The Town Council members are assigned to various committees.
