Meals Tax

The following information is regarding town taxation
for restaurants, diners, and any established
merchant or business of such dealing in the sale of prepared meals.

5% of the bill for prepared food and drink:
Collected by the merchant and remitted monthly (by the 20th of the following month) to the Town
A 3% discount is applicable for timely remittance
