MARION VIRGINIA'S DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE:
The Finance Department, headed by Director of Finance Dixie O. Sheets, is responsible for all of the Town's financial operation.  It's responsibilities include development of the budget, end of year audit, all financial reporting and reconcilement, financial grant administration, utility and tax billing and collections, accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivables, investment management and debt issuance and management in accordance with general accounting procedures.
