Public Transit Riders Can “Catch The Lynx”

Mountain Lynx Transit is the new name for the local public transportation program that serves residents of the Town of Marion and Smyth County communities along with other towns and counties in Virginia’s Planning District Three. For more than three decades, local public transportation services have been provided by District Three Governmental Cooperative in cooperation with local governments.  Traditionally, these transit buses are white with blue trim, and bear the District Three markings on the side. Barter Youth Academy Classes

REGISTER TODAY for Barter Youth Academy classes in Marion this summer! BYA classes will take place at the Wayne C. Henderson School of Appalachian Arts. Children ages 8-11 will love learning about theatre and Disney’s The Jungle Book. Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-4:30 PM starting June 6.
