Newest LOVEwork unveiled in Downtown Marion, Virginia

America’s Coolest Hometown officially has a life-sized LOVE artwork, now on display on the side of The Lincoln Theatre on North Iron Street Mall (beside 117 East Main Street in downtown Marion). Created as part of a state and local partnership to promote travel and tourism, the artwork is an extension of the 48-year-old "Virginia is for Lovers" brand, and one of more than 100 giant LOVE letters, called LOVEworks, in towns and cities across the Commonwealth. The Town of Marion is thrilled to welcome its newest business, Art of 16 Contemporary Gallery.  Located at 324 S. Commerce Street, Art on 16 is a professional gallery with two attached artist studios. The gallery will showcase a different artist each month, some local and some from the larger world.
